Position Details:

  • Role: Band 6 Community Occupational Therapist
  • Location: London
  • Contract Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and developing personalized care plans for community-based clients.
  • Providing therapeutic interventions and support to clients to enhance their independence and well-being.
  • Collaborating closely with clients, families, and community resources.
  • Promoting health and wellness through community-based programs and initiatives.
  • Carrying a clinical case load, supervision of junior staff 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration.
  • Experience working as a Band 6 Occupational Therapist in community settings.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
