Are you an enthusiastic Physiotherapist with Paediatric experience?

Pulse Healthcare is currently seeking a Band 6/7 Paediatric Physiotherapist to provide expert care and support to children and young people with diverse physical needs. This role offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of young patients and their families within a supportive and collaborative environment. Based within an NHS service in Warwickshire, you will be working with the Paediatric team on a full-time basis for an ongoing period, available to start ASAP.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a Physiotherapy bachelors level degree and current HCPC registration.
  • Have previous experience of working in paediatrics, ideally within the NHS.
  • Have excellent communication skills and be able to build rapport with all ages.
  • Management of complex conditions.
  • Be a car driver (although not compulsory)

Duties within this role will include:

  • Work closely with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams to set realistic goals and support holistic care planning and coordination.
  • Provide specialist advice, education, and support to parents, carers, and other professionals involved in the care of paediatric patients, promoting continuity of care and empowerment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and outcome measures, in line with professional and service standards.
