Anaesthetics Theatre Nurse/Practitioner

Location: Central London, UK

Salary: £34,536 – £38,374 (annual) depending on experience

Role: Permanent, Full-Time position

Pulse Nursing is currently recruiting for an Anaesthetics Theatre nurse/practitioner to join one of the largest private healthcare organisations in London!

This well-renowned hospital has 127 registered beds, including 8 operating theatres with a recovery area on each floor together with a hybrid’s theatre, a robotic surgery suite and 3 laminar flow theatres for orthopaedic surgery! You will have the opportunity to work with a large theatre team in various environments and see simple and complex surgeries. These specialties can include orthopaedics, robotics and urology, general, gynae, breast and spinal.

They are looking for an Anaesthetics Nurse to fill a permanent, full-time position, working Monday – Saturday, Sundays on call. A range of shift hours between 0700 – 2100, with participation in the on-call rota.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing, planning, delivering and evaluating all aspects of patient care
  • Delivering a high standard of patient care applying evidence-based practice
  • Being able to work in an exceptional team in all areas of theatre and supporting your colleagues

We are looking for you to be:

  • An Experienced Theatre Nurse, or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP)
  • Registered to practice in the UK
  • Have prior anaesthetics nurse experience
  • Completed an anaesthetics course(s)
