Jill Boon, Clinical Nurse Advisor at Pulse 

Jill has over 40 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse. She first worked for Pulse as an Agency Nurse, then joined the Clinical Team 9 years ago. Revalidation has been part of her portfolio since the NMC introduced it in 2016. 

Jill has a vast amount of both acute clinical and corporate managerial experience in A&E and acute medicine. 

Jill has always been passionate in all her roles about being able to influence the way other people practice and care for patients, and undertaking revalidation for our nursing professionals is a way to do this.
