An exciting new opportunity has opened for a qualified and experienced Residential Child Car Practitioner (Band 5) to join a dynamic private team based in Reading.
Our client is an expanding and thriving short break service offering overnight support, independence clubs, and after school visits to children and young people aged 8-18 years with complex needs and learning disabilities. We provide a home from home setting where children can make friends and feel safe.
They aspire for all our children and young people to have opportunities and experiences that enhance their lives. Our aim is to empower young people to achieve and develop skills that will give them a solid foundation to succeed. We further aim to promote social inclusion to access everyday opportunities and community participation.
The successful CBT therapist will be working as part of an adult, multidisciplinary team, providing a high intensity CBT service to patients with Long Term Condition mental health disorders, therefore applying therapists must have completed LTC training.
This is a permanent role with c Salary: £23,500 – 28,770 salary and in addition 15% shift allowance.
