Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and deliver evidence-based treatments for children and adolescents.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the multidisciplinary team.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and external agencies to support holistic care.
- Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
- Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MBBS) and GMC registration.
- CCT in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a Consultant in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
