Your payroll information

A summary of our payroll process information and timesheet approval deadlines can be found below: 

  • We run a daily payroll which means that providing we receive your approved timesheet before 9.30am, your timesheet will be processed that day. 
  • Once your timesheet has been processed it will take three days to hit your nominated bank account. 
  • If your timesheet is received after 9.30am it will be processed the following working day. 
  • A Pulse paper timesheet will be sent separately to you via email. This is for your use only as it has a unique ID attached to your Pulse record. If a timesheet is shared it may result in payment to the wrong worker. 
  • If you’re unable to submit a paper timesheet, please complete the timesheet template attached within your confirmation email at the end of your working week with your hours included and send it to PMHCandidateSupport@pulsejobs.com 
  • The Candidate Care team can then send this to be authorised by your manager via email. 
  • Any changes in payment dates due to bank holidays, for example, will be communicated to candidates directly in advance.
