Social Worker – Children's Assessment Team - Berkshire – Up to £35K + 15% retention bonus
I am looking to speak to current Social workers to become part of a Child Contact and Initial Assessment Team in Berkshire. The contact and assessment team are the front door to the service, taking referrals and performing initial assessments for children in the locality. Previous experience in a duty team will be ideal so you can hit the ground running, however career development and managerial support is strong, therefore applicants with a strong children’s safeguarding background will of course be considered.
You will be based in a great rural setting, in a service that has become known for its supportive management structure, along with a strong vein of best practices running through every level of seniority – this is an opportunity to work in a team where ‘signs of safety’ and ‘restorative practice’ are ingrained within the culture. As an authority that has seen an annual rise from strength to strength, the importance of being driven to continue this trend is a must in any prospective team member.
Employee Benefits for Child Contact & Assessment Team Social Worker:
- Up to 14% pension contribution
- £15,000 retention bonus
- Relocation package of up to £8000
