Our Nursing division in Manchester city center are looking for a self-motivated and ambitious sales person to be their Recruitment Resourcer. Ideally you will have experience in telesales or direct sales who can work in a highly energised and fast paced environment. You will ideally be a hardworking, self-motivated and a sales focused team player who wants to form a career in recruitment. You will either have telesales, sales or recruitment experience

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will proactively source your candidates from the job boards, referrals, head hunting and lead generation. You will become a specialist in the temporary nursing sector and develop your skills and experience to support a busy and fast paced business. Your day to day role will include:
- Resource your own candidates through;
- Referrals job boards, LinkedIn, lead generation and headhunting
- Candidate canvassing on a daily basis
- Consistently building, developing and maintain key relationships with candidates
- Maintain detail understanding of current jobs from the sales team to canvass suitable candidates
- Keep up to date with market trends and changes
