Business Support Administrator

Our city center office has an exciting opportunity for someone who would like to get into recruitment. Pulse are part of Independent Clinical Services, who are Europe’s largest and leading healthcare staffing provider. Our well-established recruitment team are looking for a Business Support Administrator to help them across a range of responsibilities. The opportunity:

  • Scanning documents
  • Loading documents to the system
  • Communicating online to candidate’s who are going through the registration process
  • Dealing with online enquires
  • Pass over enquiries to the relevant team member
  • Support the team in answer and transferring calls
  • Help the team with any administrative duties

About you:

  • Good organisation and time management skills
  • Ideally some administration experience
  • The ability to manage and prioritize a demanding workload
  • The ability to cooperate and communicate well as part of a team
  • Flexibility and ability to learn new skills
