Mental Health Awareness Week

We're supporting Mental Health Awareness Week

Pulse Psychological Therapies and Pulse Psychiatry are supporting Mental Health Awareness Week (MHAW). Running from 16-20 May, MHAW is a campaign promoting mental health education, awareness and advocacy across the globe.

Throughout the week, our teams will be posting their best tips for keeping a healthy mind. We want to hear from you too - tweet your advice with the hashtag #mindtips. The best response will win a £50 gift voucher.

Theme of relationships

The Mental Health Foundation, which founded MHAW, has chosen the theme of relationships for this year's campaign. Supportive relationships with friends, family and colleagues are as important to your mental health as many better-established factors, such as exercising and getting enough sleep.

As our contribution to MHAW's 2016 theme, we'll also be posting advice on social media on how to maintain healthy relationships that improve your wellbeing.
