Pulse are delighted to be working with a nationwide healthcare provider who are looking for a Urology team lead to join a dynamic team based in Southend on sea. They are looking for either a Registered nurse or ODP with a minimum of 3-5 years Urology Team Lead experience. They also require you to have a good knowledge in Gynaecology and previous experience in leading teams and mentorship.

We are keen to hear from theatre nurses or Operating Theatre Practitioners. 

What’s my responsibility’s?

• To manage the endoscopy service and lead the team in the provision of care for patients in a safe and caring environment
• Maintaining the patient’s privacy and dignity. 
• To provide leadership, advice and support to other staff in the department and support the Theatre Manager in the overall management of the healthcare environment

What requirements do I need?

• Be NMC/HCPC registered – a current valid registration is required
• Have a minimum of 3-5 years Urology Theatre Team Lead experience with a good knowledge of Gynaecology.
• Experience with leading teams and Mentorship
• Compassionate and able to showcase excellent patient care with strong communication skills
