Pulse are currently working with a client who is eagerly seeking two Senior Cardiac Physiologists on a permanent basis at one of their private hospital sites in Surrey. This client prides themselves on the services they are able to offer within the private healthcare sector through their network of hospitals and centers across the UK. Within this role you will be expected to provide the highest level of service to patients at all times and fulfill the values of the group.
As a Senior Cardiac Physiologist you will have extensive previous experience in a range of Non Invasive procedures including Echocardiography. This will include ECG's, BP Monitors, Exercise testing and Echo cardiograms. Some previous experience in basic Respiratory and Sleep Studies testing would be advantageous in this role. If you have additional skills within Invasive procedures including Angiography and Pacemaker Implant this will be seen favorably but is not an essential requirement. BSE accreditation is needed, if not currently accredited you will need to be in process of gaining this. You will need a minimum of 2 years experience within a senior role to be considered.
Within a senior role you will have additional responsibilities aside from your clinical duties. This will include:
- Contribution to the training and sharing of knowledge with other members of the team
- Promotion of Health and Safety and best practice working within the department
- Be involved and contribute to the implementation of changes and new initiatives to the department.
- Assume the position of a role model with in department, setting an example to others within the team.
This is a full-time role in terms of hours (37.5 hours per week) and they are offering up to £55,000 for the right person and experience! Additional benefits will be on offer in addition as part of a benefits package.
