Sheffield Health and Social Care NHS Foundation Trust (SHSC) provides a range of mental health, learning disability, substance misuse, primary care, and other specialist services to over 600,000 people across Sheffield. In addition, it also treats patients from across the country who are referred to its reputable gender identity clinic.

The trust is passionate about improving the mental, physical, and social wellbeing of its communities.
