Our client was a leading private clinic looking to recruit a laser specialist nurse.

The objective

The client initially approached a large number of recruiters in the hope of finding a permanent laser specialist nurse to join her team.  She was getting frustrated with agencies as she was reviewing poorly matched CVs and conducting multiple interviews over a three month period.

After seeing a cosmetic job advert for another client on the Pulse website the client approached us directly. The challenge was the exceptionally short time frame in which to source, screen and interview the highest quality professional with the right industry experience.
