Meet our esteemed guest speaker 

Dr Liana Borza, Consultant Old Age Psychiatrist

Dr Borza is a Consultant Old Age Psychiatrist with extensive experience in both clinical practice and academic research. Currently, she works as a locum consultant Psychiatrist while also serving as a Clinical Teacher in Psychiatry at Imperial College London Faculty of Medicine. 

Passionate about dementia prevention, Dr Borza founded Prevention Journeys in 2022 – the UK’s first healthcare consultancy aiming to empower memory clinics and GP surgeries in developing such services. She also lends expertise as an Independent Expert for the European Commission in Brussels. 

Dr. Borza boasts a strong academic background, having completed a PhD in Alzheimer’s disease, a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Medical Ethics, and an Intercalated BSc Honours in Neuroscience. Her dedication extends to public education, with keynote presentations at leading conferences, such as the Alzheimer’s Show UK and the Aesthetic & Anti-Aging Medicine World Congress.
