Get startedWorking as a locum pharmacist
Although many choose to work on a fixed-term contract, there is always a high demand for locum pharmacists in the UK. Working as a locum can offer benefits that you wouldn’t experience in a full-time position. Locum workers have a lot more flexibility than their full-time counterparts. Before applying for a locum role, however, it’s important to note that not being employed full-time will mean you’re not eligible for sick pay, opting into the company pension scheme and holiday pay.
