CPD and awards
Here at Pulse, we want to offer you more options than any other agency to enhance your professional skills so you can meet and exceed your career goals. We’re excited to announce that we have been working on a learning and development schedule that contains more CPD activities and events, including a more significant number of specialised modules via a new eLearning platform. Our first CPD event will be held in September, and we look forward to sharing more information with you shortly.
We’re also going to be holding an awards event later in the year or early 2023 to recognise the fantastic work you do and celebrate all your successes. We’re working hard behind the scenes to ensure that this event will be everything you deserve and more, so keep your eyes peeled for more updates.
Thank you for your honest opinions about us not always responding to your feedback promptly or consistently. Off the back of this, we have recently implemented a new process to ensure that all feedback is dealt with within 24-48 hours, depending on the subject matter, and we hope you notice this change when giving your feedback.
As you know, we want to be able to provide you with an exceptional experience at every stage and make sure that you always feel looked after by the Pulse team. We are happy to announce that we will be expanding our successful candidate care team to ensure that everyone has a clear line of direct, personalised career support on a day-to-day basis. If you haven’t already, you will be shortly hearing from your dedicated candidate care consultant over the coming weeks.

Direct engagement clients
We know navigating the world of client payment portals isn’t easy. Like what we have done for our payment options, we will provide you with more information about the portals in a clear and digestible way, working closely with the portals to ensure this is accurate and accessible. We also plan to provide more training internally to our consultants and candidate support teams so they can help troubleshoot any problems or questions you have.
