Social Worker – Disabled Children’s Team - Berkshire – Up to £35K + 15% retention bonus
I am looking to speak to current Social workers to join a growing CWD team in Berkshire. Based in a great rural setting, the service has become known for its supportive management structure, along with a strong vein of best practices running through every level of seniority – this is an opportunity to work in a team where ‘signs of safety’ and ‘restorative practice’ are ingrained within the culture. As an authority that has seen an annual rise from strength to strength, the importance of being driven to continue this trend is a must in any prospective team member.
Upon joining the team you will ideally have experience of working with educational needs, or disabled children within a safeguarding environment, however strong child protection or safeguarding experience will suffice – the key to successful application is a passion for learning and developing your skills, along with an interest in improving and empowering the children within the locality. If you are interested in working with special needs or disabled children, do not hesitate to apply and find out more on how you can become a member of this friendly team.
