Social Worker – Children's Locality Team - Berkshire – Up to £35K + 15% retention bonus
I am looking to speak to current children's Social workers to join a faced paced, dynamic, newly structured locality team in Berkshire. Based in a great rural setting, the service has become known for its supportive management structure, along with a strong vein of best practices running through every level of seniority – this is an opportunity to work in a team where ‘signs of safety’ and ‘restorative practice’ are ingrained within the culture. As part of the Children's Locality team you’ll be helping develop innovative ways of working using their Safeguarding Framework, ensuring the best protective outcomes for the service users in the borough. As a locality Social worker you will be working throughout the child protection process, working a manageable caseload within a well regarded team, known for its retention and team spirit! - HCPC Registered
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Full UK license holder
