Children’s Intervention Team Manager - Woking – Up to £48K + £2K bonus
Are you looking for the next step in your social work career? I am looking for a team manager to lead a fast paced team working to genuinely change the lives of under 18s in the area for the better. Based in the writing place of HG Wells’s ‘War of the Worlds’ you will be joining a fast paced team, known for its stability and rewarding work – with a stable senior management team it is the perfect time to take your step into management.
The team works directly with families to offer intensive CIN plans, partake in private law proceedings – specifically section 7 and guardianship reports – initiation of care proceedings, and putting children into LAC processes, along with a range of other duties which ensure the safety of endangered children in the area. As the leader of this team, you will be expected to have experience as a social work manager, or at least have held extensive leadership responsibilities in a previous post – such responsibilities will include supporting your tight knit team whilst championing the broader targets of the service, improving the quality of work, and nurturing team member’s careers.

Requirements for Children’s Intervention Team Manager:
- HCPC Registered
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Full UK license holder
