Child With Disabilities – No CP Cases - Children’s Social Worker – Rutland - Up to £36,437
Are you looking to join a team with extremely low caseloads and a supportive management team? Rutland are looking to recruit CWD Children’s Social Workers into their close knit team. You will be expected to have a solid knowledge and understanding of CWD work, ideally working in the area within the last few years, and comprehensive knowledge of current care packages and legislation. You will be managing a caseload of solely CIN cases, currently at 12 cases, working in a Signs of Safety centric team. If low caseloads aren’t appealing enough, the structured career progression and large budgets for bespoke training for individual team members will surely be a large pull!
