20 Children Max Caseload - Child Protection Social Worker – Rutland - Up to £36,437
Are you looking to join a team with manageable caseloads and a supportive management team? Rutland are looking to recruit 2 children’s social workers onto their child protection team. You will be joining a small but close knit team where weekly supervisions and career progression focused training is at the core of your work. You will be managing a maximum of 20 cases (or 12 families with no more than 20 children), working in a Signs of Safety centric team. If low caseloads aren’t appealing enough, the structured career progression and large budgets for bespoke training for individual team members will surely be a large pull!
You will be expected to have a good experience of Child Protection and Children In Need practices, and ideally a good knowledge of Signs of Safety; however due to the culture of development and education Signs of Safety is not a mandatory requirement.
