Are you looking for a new challenge? Pulse have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Team Manager/Advanced Practitioner to join a brand new service, offering dedicated care to those with learning disabilities or autism. 

We are looking to hear from experienced senior social workers/AMHP that have a background across adult services and who have a genuine passion and interest to work with this client group. No previous or direct experience within a learning disability or autism service is required, this client is looking to invest in training and support for those with a strong transferable skill set.

We would like to hear from those who have a background working across; learning disabilities, autism, mental health and adult services. You must be able to demonstrate managerial and supervision skills.

The successful candidate will become an integral part of the team, working closely with the Team Manager to support and take the lead for their service, striving to improve the quality of care provided. You will be responsible for managing the team on a day to day basis with line management, supervising the overall workload of team and assisting with recruitment and retention.
