How did you hear about the Pulse Social Work Team?

I was recommended to Pulse by a colleague that used to work in the CAMHS team that I managed. After asking him if he knew of any vacancies he told me about Pulse.

What level of support did you received throughout the registration, interview and placement process?

I found my Pulse consultant to be very helpful and supportive, while at the same time friendly and approachable. He is very efficient at getting things sorted out, and always responds to e-mails and phone calls.

How do you think Pulse differ from competitors?

I found Pulse helpful and efficient, they don’t hassle you with phone calls – which I found to be the case with some other agencies.

Would you recommend the Pulse Social work Team to colleagues? If so why?

I would, and have recommended Pulse to colleagues. Not only do they take into account your experience and place you accordingly - they are professional and things get sorted in a timely fashion.

The pay and admin all got sorted out very quickly so that I could start my new role. Pay rates seem competitive.
