How did you hear about the Pulse Social Work Team?

Whilst working for another agency, colleagues told me about Pulse and that it was a good agency to register with.

Once I registered with Pulse I was kept informed about locum posts as they became available including the perfect contract position at Pennine Care that became available in December last year.

What level of support did you received throughout the registration, interview and placement process?

Wayne, my consultant, was really helpful throughout the whole process; organising interviews, giving me guidance on how to interview well, and then getting me started once the offer was made.

He’s supported me since with my timesheets, invoices and any queries I have.

How do you think Pulse Social Work differs from competitors?

Not only is the pay better, I am always paid on time!

Pulse has a much more efficient pay system - I get texts and emails to let me know when I will be paid. I also get a weekly pay slip which didn’t always happen with the last agency I worked for.

Would you recommend the Pulse Social work Team to colleagues? If so why?

I definitely would recommend Pulse and already have to a friend considering agency work. Pulse is efficient and Wayne has been fantastic in assisting me every step of the way.
