Our Nursing division in central London are looking for either an experienced Resourcer, or a self-motivated and ambitious Recruitment Resourcer with a background in telesales or direct sales who can work in a highly energised and fast paced environment. Who do we want?

You will ideally be a hardworking, self-motivated and a sales focused team player who wants to form a career in recruitment. You will either have telesales, sales or recruitment experience

Key tasks

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will proactively source your candidates from the job boards, referrals, head hunting and lead generation. You will become a specialist in the temporary nursing sector and develop your skills and experience to support a busy and fast paced business. Your day to day role will include:

  • Resource your own candidates through;
  • Referrals job boards, LinkedIn, lead generation and headhunting
  • Candidate canvassing on a daily basis
  • Consistently building, developing and maintain key relationships with candidates
  • Maintain detail understanding of current jobs from the sales team to canvass suitable candidates
  • Keep up to date with market trends and changes
