Pulse Staffing is one of the largest agencies in the country that deal with supplying staff to both NHS Trusts and Private Hospitals across the UK.
We are currently in need of a Candidate Support Officer to work within our Psychiatry division, along side one of our Senior Recruitment Consultants to assist with managing their pool of candidates. This may include:
- Contacting candidates on a weekly basis, and note any changes in their availability/situation.
- Chasing time sheets of Doctors out working to ensure we meet our payroll cut off on Wednesdays
- Chasing candidates for documents needed for them to legally work in a clinical environment.
- Completing NHS-created checklists for candidates before sending them to vacant positions.
We are looking for somebody who is competent in structuring formal emails, and has good customer service skills when speaking to Doctors on the phone.
