Pulse has a client who is looking for a full time PWP Clinical Team Leader
This post will be split across two sites in Leicester and Nottingham normally a 40/60 split
The Post Holder will Ensure the smooth running of the Clinical Team and ’ services to clients in line with funding contracts and commercial work. Providing line management and leadership to the Clinical Support Specialists and working as part of a team, the post-holder is expected to ensure both internal and external performance and quality targets are achieved. Working closely alongside the Case Management Team Leader and the Administration Team Leader, the post-holder will review existing/develop new services to ensure the organisation is delivering and operating at an efficient and effective level.
In addition the post-holder, who will be an experienced and qualified Occupational Therapist or Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, will deliver a small client case load to enable people with health conditions and disabilities to access appropriate support in order to assist with a smooth transition to work-readiness or back to work after a period of illness.
You will have
- At least two years’ experience providing advice and/or support as an Occupational Therapist or PWP
- Experience of dealing with difficult situations and clients with challenging behaviour
- Experience of effective liaison with other agencies
- Experience of supervising, managing and leading staff
