Lead Clinical Psychologist – CAMHS Residential Home- South Hampshire – 3 Days - Band 8b-8c

Pulse is looking for a Clinical Psychologist to work in a School and residential service for children aged 6-12 years old. You will be offering support to vulnerable children that suffer from Emotional and behavioural needs. 

The successful candidate will be able to:
• Provide clinical and professional supervision to trainee and assistant psychologists
• Offer therapy to enable the children to talk about their problems
• Maintain up to date records and write up professional reports 
• Present and sharing professional information and knowledge with professional colleagues
• Provide psychological training to clinical staff
• Manage a caseload and meet deadlines

The successful candidate will:
• Be a registered practitioner psychologist recognised by the HCPC
• Post graduate doctoral level training in Clinical Psychology (including specifically models of psychopathology, clinical psychometrics, neuropsychology, two or more distinct psychological therapies and lifespan developmental psychology)
• Has had previous experience in working as a qualified psychologist
