Pulse is now recruiting for a band 8a Forensic Psychologist to work within our private clients practice based in London. The role is available to start as soon as possible and offers full time hours on a short term locum basis.

To be considered for this role you must be HCPC registered. Previous experience within a similar setting and conducting HCR-20’s is desirable. Skills and experience in delivering post-traumatic stress disorder or complex PTSD assessment and intervention would also be highly desirable.

The psychologist will work within a low and medium secure service for adults with forensic histories and complex mental health conditions. The post holder will work closely with service users, undertaking assessments and delivering evidence based therapeutic interventions where applicable. The psychologist will also be required to oversee / conduct HCR-20 risk assessments.
