Pulse has a client who is looking for a service manager to join there growing service the post will be located in the North London area


The Service is  looking for a skilled and qualified counselling professional who can oversee the implementation of  strategic priorities in a designated service area. A great communicator, able to make impactful presentations and develop strong collaborative relationships, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities and maintaining excellent customer relationships with existing schools in the area. The Service Manager will represent the organisation at meetings with headteachers, governors, steering groups, key funders and other partner organisations.

Strategic and operational, you will be responsible for up to three clusters, each with up to twelve schools, plus direct management of up to four schools. With experience of monitoring quality of service you will actively manage and monitor individual and team performances. Keeping up to date with key developments within the mental health sector, you will ensure that policies, procedures and safeguarding standards are effectively implemented and contribute to keeping them updated.
