Pulse has a client who is looking for a Clinical Specialist Behavioural Therapist to manage and supervise the work of Behaviour Therapists on a permanent basis.

The Clinical Specialist Behavioural Therapist will provide a specialist behavioural service in residential, educational and vocational settings to people with learning disabilities and behaviour that challenges services to meet their needs effectively. They will line manage and supervise the work of Behaviour Therapists, Trainee Behaviour Therapists and others who implement behavioural interventions. The post holder will need to attend and where appropriate take a lead role in multi-disciplinary meetings.

It is essential that applicants have a relevant professional qualification with current professional registration. They must have a Masters level qualification in PBS/ABA, Management or leadership qualification and training in Clinical Supervision. They must also have considerable experience of carrying out behavioural and skills assessments and intervention with clients with learning disabilities and/or autism within a positive behaviour support framework.
