Pulse are working with a well-established, charity to support them with recruiting a permanent Clinical Psychologist.

The psychology service they offer is a multi-disciplinary approach.

Young people work with a range of psychologists, including clinical psychologists, educational psychologists, neuropsychologists, assistant psychologists and play specialists.

The Clinical Psychologist will provide specialist psychological assessments and treatments. They will implement a range of psychological interventions for individuals, adjusting and refining psychological formulations drawing upon different explanatory models. 

Candidates are required to have completed a post-graduate doctorate in Clinical Psychology and hold registration with the Health and Care Professions Council. Newly qualified clinical psychologist applications are welcome. Ideally candidates should have experience of working with a wide variety of client groups across the whole life course presenting problems that reflect the full range of clinical severity including maintaining a high degree of professionalism in the face of highly emotive and distressing problems.
