An opportunity has become available for an experienced Clinical Psychologist to work across several sites for adults with learning disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder in the North East. High rates of pay are available for this position, as well as mileage expenses for any travel between sites.

Pulse are currently seeking a determined Band 8 Clinical Psychologist to join our private clients Adult Learning Disabilities team based in Durham. This position will be available for appointed Clinical Psychologist to start as soon as possible, offering full-time hours for an ongoing period.

The Clinical Psychologist will work in a learning disabilities service with working age adults all of whom have a moderate to severe learning disability. The post will involve working as part of a well-integrated, innovative multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality assessments and interventions.  There is also an element of multiagency working with social care colleagues. 

To be considered for this role, you must:
• Hold a doctorate in Clinical Psychology
• Be HCPC registered
• Have a proven track record in working with mild to complex learning disabilities
• Be analytical and show good attention to detail
• Experience with Learning Disabilities and ASD
