Pulse are working with a well established service in South Wales who are looking to appoint a permanent Forensic or Clinical Psychologist.

The candidate will be working in a secure hospital providing multidisciplinary care for adults with a diagnosis of a learning disability. The patients may also present mental illness, personality disorder or an Autistic Spectrum Disorder. 

Some of the programmes offered include are a sex offender programme and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. EMDR therapy is often used with people who suffer trauma related disorders. The role is available at a Band 7/8a equivalent and full or part-time working will be considered.
