Here at Pulse, we are now working exclusively with a new CAMHS service based in North West London to support them in sourcing a wide range of therapists with Child and Adolescent Mental Health experience. The service is a recently developed Tier 1-3 CAMHS, to compliment pre-existing Youth Offending Teams and Looked After Children teams and expand the clinical provision available to young people.
You must be UKCP registered to be considered for this position. If you are applying for this position as a band 8a, you will need substantial experience within CAMHS.
The appointed Family Therapist will work within Tier 3 CAMHS, based across the London Borough of Barnet. The post-holder will offer therapy to children and adolescents with severe and enduring mental health issues. Service users may also be involved with LAC or YOT. You will work as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team consisting of: Counsellors; Clinical Psychologists; Child Psychotherapists; Art Therapists and Family Therapists.
