Pulse is working exclusively with a new CAMHS service based in North West London to support them in sourcing a wide range of therapists with Child and Adolescent Mental Health experience. The service is a recently developed Tier 1-3 CAMHS, to compliment pre-existing Youth Offending Teams and Looked After Children teams.
The appointed Clinical Psychologist will work within Tier 3 CAMHS, based across the London Borough of Barnet. The post-holder will offer therapy to children and adolescents with severer and enduring mental health issues, in line with CYP IAPT guidelines. Service users may also be involved with LAC or YOT. You will work as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team consisting of: Counsellors; Clinical Psychologists; Child Psychotherapists; Art Therapists and Family Therapists.
You must also be HCPC registered to be considered for this position. If you are applying for this position as a band 8a, you will need substantial experience within CAMHS. Some of the benefits for this role include:
