Pulse’s private client is now seeking an experienced DBT Therapist to work within their hospital based in the West Midlands. 

As a DBT therapist, you will work within the multi-disciplinary team and play a role in providing intensive DBT treatment.  With your intensive DBT training and experience, you will provide individual primary therapy, facilitate skills learning and practice groups and provide individual crisis support.  You’ll also be a key member of the weekly DBT consult and the support structures provided to the team on the ward that enable the women to generalise their skills.

You must have a strong skill base and proven abilities to manage yourself and achieve patient and organisational goals.  We will provide you with ongoing opportunities to further develop and enhance your skills and further your career, as well as providing you with an environment where teams are supportive and supported.

The role is available to start as soon as possible, offering full-time hours.
