We have an opportunity for a Clinical/Counselling/Forensic Psychologist to work within an adult community learning disability service. The successful Psychologist will work closely with the existing MDT which consists of an assistant psychologist, and several nurses and social workers. This is an integrated health and social care learning disability team and the role of the Psychologist will be to deliver psychological assessment and interventions for working aged adults with learning disabilities. The patients may also have co-morbid mental health presentations (including dementia), and some patients may even have a forensic background too.

Successful candidates will be HCPC registered and have experience working within a similar service previously. As this is a community based role, a car driver would be desirable, but not essential for this role. Candidates with both part-time and full-time availability will be considered.
