Kathryn joined Pulse in 2006. Her success and market knowledge led her to establish the psychological therapies division in 2007. During her time at Pulse she’s worked across all disciplines within the division and has an in-depth knowledge of each.
Working closely with her experienced management team she's responsible for the leadership and operational running of the division, including resourcing, recruitment and compliance, sales, management and business development.
Candidate and client satisfaction is paramount to Kathryn. She believes that the team’s honest and transparent approach is one of the many reasons they receive such positive feedback and are recognised and respected by numerous mental health trusts.
The most rewarding part of her role is developing members of her team and their careers.
