Claire Murphy CertRP

Regional Director

Claire is responsible for managing the: critical care, clinical, general, and theatre nursing teams, as well as the resource, recruitment and retention, and on call team in the Manchester office. After being in recruitment for nine years, she joined Pulse over five years ago as a contracts co-ordinator and quickly progressed to successfully lead the team.

She ensures all nursing candidates are given the right opportunities and flexibility to work in their preferred locations, offered the right training, and fully supported through the recruitment process. Claire also assists the teams in making sure urgent client requests are responded to quickly, and shifts are filled efficiently with the highest quality people.

Emma Jackson

Business Services Director - South

Emma has been working for Pulse for 16 years. She’s responsible for the overall recruitment of nurses, clearing candidates and annual checks in the south.

Her strong knowledge of the nursing industry comes from her experience of working across all areas of the nursing business and building strong and lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.

Helen Hemsley

Regional Director - South

Helen has worked for Pulse for 15 years and has strong knowledge within the industry including general nursing, mental health, theatres critical care, as well as in resourcing, recruitment and retention in the south.

Supporting her business managers who cover a vast area from Cornwall to Kent, Helen’s experience allows her to support niche clients and provide hard to find nurses in specialist roles through working collaborative and in partnership with her clients.

Cristina Iannelli

Business Manager - London

Cristina has 10 years experience at Pulse in recruitment. As a Business Manager, she leads the Accident & Emergency and niche teams, sourcing highly skilled specialist nurses into hard to fill NHS roles.

A key element of Cristina’s role is to understand the client’s needs and requirements to ensure the correct candidates are supplied. She is also always available for candidates to discuss work opportunities, providing expert support and advice ensuring their job satisfaction.

The most rewarding part of Cristina’s job is developing individuals in her team and watching them progress. She enjoys the challenges of being part of a rapildly growing business.

Lindsey’s team operates from the office based in Bournemouth and manages the recruitment of nurses across five counties. With 10 years recruitment experience she’s spent the last four with Pulse.

Her strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, allows her to place high calibre candidates in the most suitable roles meeting the needs of both her candidates and clients.

Helen Rist

Business Manager - London

Helen has 16 years experience within the healthcare industry. She began her career in 1998 as a Sales Co-odinator within the remit of international nursing, before joining Pulse in 2003 as a Recruitment Consultant. Helen’s role includes managing the London theatres team, ensuring experienced nurses to London clients.

The most rewarding part of Helen’s role is fulfilling the needs of both clients and associates, delivering excellent customer service, high quality nurses and ODP’s. She also enjoys being part of an ever growing team.

As number one supplier of theatre staff, Helen guarantees candidates expert knowledge and support with good job opportunities throughout London. Her team listen to their candidates needs and endeavour to meet their expectations.

Permanent Recruitment Manager

Jo has 13 years experience within healthcare staffing, specifically in UK and international permanent nursing recruitment. Prior to this she worked as an Accident & Emergency Nurse at a leading teaching hospital in London.

Jo’s worked with many different types of client whose requirements range from needing anything from 1-100 nurses. She’s experienced working and managing staffing projects within the NHS, private and commercial sectors, ensuring that at all times she’s assisting candidates in making the right long-term move for them. As a nurse herself, Jo understands the importance of supplying quality and credibly experienced nurses and makes sure candidates are matched to the right job – all values that Pulse supports throughout its entire business.
