Nicola Brady

Managing Director

Nicki joined the ICS Group as Operations Manager July 2010, with 15 years’ experience in recruitment. For the past nine years, she has been responsible for the overall service delivery of our Bank Partners division and was instrumental in developing their strategy, and establishing a strong reputation for service within the industry.

Having worked directly with the NHS, forging relationships and collaborating with agencies and frameworks alike, Nicki was delighted to join Pulse Nursing in January 2019 as Managing Director. She’s passionate about providing a best in class service for both clients and candidates, and as the market has been through a time of considerable change, she is excited to see what the future brings and to be a part of this new chapter.

Tina Stanton

Head of Resourcing and Compliance

Tina has over 20 years’ experience in recruitment, with the past 12 years being in the healthcare sector. She joined the ICS Group in November 2013 and spent her first five years in our managed services division, Bank Partners, where she led the recruitment and compliance teams for NHS bank contracts and supported the implementation of new contracts.

Tina joined Pulse Nursing in May 2019, where she now heads up our recruitment and compliance teams across the UK. Tina is passionate about providing the best quality nurses and healthcare workers into the public and private sectors, ensuring our recruitment and compliance processes are to the highest quality.

Claire Murphy

Regional Operations Director

Claire joined Pulse Nursing over ten years ago as a Contracts Co-ordinator with 14 years’ experience in recruitment. She quickly progressed to Regional Director and is now responsible for managing the north team.

Claire ensures all nursing candidates are given the right opportunities to work in their preferred locations, offered the right training, and fully supported throughout the recruitment process. She also assists her team to make sure that urgent client requests are responded to quickly, and that shifts are filled efficiently with the highest quality of people.

Helen Rist

Senior Business Manager

Helen has 20 years’ experience within the healthcare industry. She began her career in 1998 as a Sales Co-ordinator within the remit of international nursing, before joining Pulse Nursing in 2003 as a Recruitment Consultant, where she quickly progressed to Team Lead before moving into a managerial position.

Helen’s current role includes managing the NHS acute and community nursing teams.

The most rewarding part of Helen’s role, is fulfilling the needs of both clients and candidates, delivering excellent customer service, and high-quality nursing professionals. She also enjoys leading a team and supporting employees to meet their career aspirations.

Andrew Jones

Senior Business Manager

Andrew joined Pulse Nursing in 2013. He’s responsible for ensuring that London’s private and mental health teams deliver a reliable, stand-out service to candidates and clients alike.

While much has changed in the healthcare sector over the last few years, Andrew believes it’s still all about people and their experiences. He is proud to lead two teams that care deeply about both, and understand the role recruitment plays in improving the lives of healthcare professionals, service providers, and patients alike.

Natalie Spence

Senior Business Manager

Natalie has 13 years’ experience within the healthcare industry and is specialist at developing new business (critical care and chemotherapy in particular).

Natalie began her career with Pulse Nursing in 2005 as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant and has progressed to a Senior Business Manager. Her role includes managing the south regional nursing and on-call teams, ensuring that excellent customer service is always delivered.
