Opportunities available for Theatre Nurses and Operating Department Practitioners (ODPs)

Competitive Remuneration £300 - £500 per day

Our Insourcing service partners with UK NHS trusts to enable them to meet their 18 week waiting list targets. This is achieved by acting as a weekend mirror to support the Monday – Friday NHS service that is currently being provided.

We mobilise a highly skilled team of clinicians and nurses to deliver the service. This results in more patients receiving the care and treatment they require at the earliest opportunity. We ensure our weekend teams integrate seamlessly with the trust, and that a clinically safe environment is provided for you.

To meet the growing demand for our innovative clinical services we’re recruiting high calibre theatre nurses and ODPs who would like to join our theatre team. We’re interested to network with experienced theatre nurses and ODPs who are working in any of the 3 theatres areas - anaesthetics, scrub and/or recovery.

For anaesthetics and recovery we welcome enquiries from those working in any surgical specialty. For scrub nurses we are looking for experience in any of the following:

  • General surgery

  • Orthopaedics

  • Gynaecology

  • Urology

  • Ophthalmics

A minimum of 12 months current experience is required in the area you wish to work in, and you’ll be highly motivated and committed to delivering excellent nursing care.
