Deputy Theatre Manager

Pulse is working alongside a leading healthcare organisation to recruit a Deputy Theatre Manager for one of their leading established hospitals in Hertfordshire – 15 mins from Central London.

This purpose built impressive, state-of-the-art theatre department houses 6 theatres.

You will have the exciting opportunity to work with leading surgeons and develop your career as a lead/deputy manager with great professional development opportunities.

The successful applicant will be enthusiastic and motivate junior staff – offering a rewarding and open working environment.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Scrub for a variety of cases including; ENT, general surgery and orthopaedics
  • Provide clinical leadership and managerial support to the theatre manager
  • Assisting in maximising theatre utilisation
  • Training junior staff/students – identifying training needs where required for staff

Skills and experience

  • NMC/HPC registered nurse

The nurse will be rewarded with a salary of up to £45,000 per annum + excellent benefits.
