Pulse is working with the Channel Islands largest provider of health care. Our client is looking for a committed and motivated staff nurse to join their Medical Unit which comprises of three wards; two medical wards which provide care for people with a variety of medical conditions and a rehabilitation ward which provides both neuro and general rehabilitation, all use a multidisciplinary approach to care.
They are seeking Nurses, who are committed to providing high-quality care in a modern, purpose built facility. They encourage education and personal development and are seeking staff who share this ethos. They are committed to supporting their staff with their NMC revalidation and provide payment for the cost of NMC subscriptions.
Roles and responsibilities
Be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating programmed of care for patients
Take charge of the ward and supervise nursing staff on a regular basis
Put into practice the theory and principles of the agreed nursing model
To assist in the learning, development and assessment of unregistered/ junior staff and learners
Act as a clinical supervisor and preceptor develop skills of first and second level nurse and nursing auxiliaries
Expenses for interview will be covered ie for any flights needed
Relocation package provided – up to £5,000

Entitlement to an annual bonus of £1,167 and an additional bonus of £3,000 payable after two and four years of continuous service. All bonus payments will be paid on a pro-rata basis should the position be offered on a part time basis or if the Appointment begins or ends part way through a holiday year
