Job Summary - Within this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exemplary planned care for patients while ensuring the delivery of effective patient care by providing appropriate clinical and managerial leadership.
My client is looking for a confident Registered Nurse with demonstrable experience working in Critical care. The successful candidate will have experience of working in partnership with consultants and participating in creating innovative solutions. Previous experience of applying clinical reasoning skills to a range of complex and varied patient case mixes is essential.
Qualifications & Training:
My client is looking for qualified Registered Nurses. Critical care qualification or working towards a post registration qualification is required. Supervisory and / or management qualifications would also be desirable.
Knowledge and Technical Ability:
You will be competent across a range of nursing skills supported by professional and clinical knowledge and you will possess the mandatory training requirements for the role including infection control and health and safety competencies. In addition, you must be able to demonstrate the principles of accountable practice and have evidence of pursuing your continued professional development.
