At Norwich you will be rewarded with real job satisfaction. Their employee surveys confirm that their theatre teams get real personal satisfaction from the work they do. This satisfaction comes from working in a team that puts patient’s interests at the heart of everything they do.
If you are a Theatre Nurse looking for a role where you can build a diverse range of clinical skills this is the place for you, as they provide a very wide range of surgical procedures, ranging in complexity and acuity. The theatre teams also work closely with some of the region's leading consultants and are exposed to the latest innovative, evidence -based clinical techniques.
