Position – Registered Nurse – Outpatients - Bristol

The successful candidate will be responsible for the care of patients attending our busy Outpatients department. You will work within the multi-disciplinary team to provide exemplary patient care, working within set protocols.
You will work as part of a friendly team and you will be supported by senior nurses who have the knowledge and experience to assist and support you to achieve high standards of nursing care. You will have chance to gain many skills in caring for a wide variety of patient types.
This is a full time Staff Nurse - Outpatient position of 37.5 hours per week. Shifts will be worked flexibly over Monday – Saturday.
Our client is looking for qualified Registered Nurses with high clinical standards.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in teams and working with minimum supervision.
You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of delivering high quality care and what it takes to make a difference to the patients under your care.
You will be competent across a range of nursing skills supported by professional and clinical knowledge and you will possess the mandatory training requirements for the role
Develop own knowledge and skills and that of others.
Promotes best practice in health and safety and security.
Assist in maintaining and developing services.

Knowledge / Skills / Qualifications:
Working in teams or with minimum supervision
Competence across a range of nursing skills supported by professional and clinical knowledge
Posses the mandatory training requirements for role including infection control and health and safety competencies.
Demonstrate principles of accountable practice
Nursing and Midwifery Council registration and regulation
Willing to participate in flexible working pattern
Empathy for vulnerable patients
