Pulse have various opportunities for experienced Registered Community Nurses (Band 5) to work day shifts in a community setting across the Birmingham area.
As a Community Nurse for Pulse you will be required to assess patients needs to facilitate nursing care that allows the patients to remain in their own homes, maintain their independence, or provide additional support after discharge from hospital.
To register as a Pulse Community Nurse you must obtain:
• Excellent communication skills to enable an effective liaison with other nursing teams, acute trusts, emergency services and GPs to ensure information is communicated in a timely and accurate manner.
• Registration with the NMC.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Recent 6 months experience as a Community or District Nurse.
• At least two clinical referee details to cover the last 3 years.
