Outpatients Nurse Manager job
Salary: £55,000 to £60,000
Pulse is working in partnership with a large, bespoke private hospital coming to London. We are recruiting for an Outpatient Manager work across an impressive hospital & dedicated outpatient unit that houses the latest technology.
The role of the Outpatients Manager will be to oversee the smooth running of the Centre, ensuring the correct skills mix at all times, CQC standards are adhered to and the best possible service delivered to the patients.
The outpatient facility will undertake cover various specialties including; orthopaedic, general surgery and gynaecology to name a few specialities covered. So, the role will involve providing sound leadership to all nursing staff in addition to, being a motivational manager.
This is a diverse role to be a part of developing a passionate team of dedicated outpatients staff and will include holding budgetary control and working to assist the hospitals Director of Nursing with meeting the hospitals objectives.
A large part of the role will be implementing and developing the centres policies and procedures to ensure the centre runs to optimal success in order to meet targets.
